Abstract

在全球教育数字化转型时代背景下,各国正稳步推进数字教科书进入学校场域。韩国作为教育数字化政策发展的前沿国家,在AI数字教科书的建构中,因其顺应国际发展趋势,响应国家教育改革,激发育人价值。本文梳理了韩国AI数字教科书制度化的时间线,通过分析韩国面临的挑战和困境,为我国数字教科书制度化建设提供了以下启示和思考:加强制度建设,完善数字教科书的法律法规;促进多方协同,构建数字教科书应用保障体系;升级基础设施,打造适配数字教科书技术环境。 As global education undergoes digital transformation, countries are increasingly adopting digital textbooks in schools. South Korea, a leader in education digitization, aligns with international trends in AI digital textbook development, responding to national education reforms and enhancing educational value. This paper reviews South Korea's journey toward institutionalizing AI digital textbooks, analyzing the challenges it faces. It offers key insights for China’s digital textbook strategy: strengthening system construction and improving laws and regulations, fostering multi-party cooperation to ensure digital textbook application, and upgrading infrastructure to create a conducive technical environment for digital education.
