In the era of digital intelligence, scientific research is facing profound changes. The traditional learning organization model is increasingly unable to meet the needs of new-type learners, giving rise to scientific research communities. This study constructs an analytical framework based on the theory of systems science and analyzes the typical case of the Collective Intelligence Club. The study reveals that the elements of its system composition include members with diverse backgrounds, a hierarchical and collaborative organizational structure, multi-dimensional and integrated knowledge resources, and platform tools centered around the learner experience. Its emergence is attributed to the transformation of research paradigms, the shift in innovation models, the changes in knowledge production, the trends in talent development, and the internal motivation of researchers. The evolution mechanisms involve the driving force of a shared vision, the construction of a diversified and hierarchical academic exchange ecosystem, the integration of knowledge flow based on network connections, the complementary heterogeneity of collaborative efforts among multiple entities, and the emergence of innovation through self-organization and self-adaptation.Downloads
