Research on the Communication Forms of Chinese Traditional Culture and Educational Applications from the Perspective of the Metaverse

Abstract

The rise of the Metaverse has brought new development opportunities and challenges to the dissemination and educational application of traditional Chinese culture. The article first introduces the Metaverse and its dissemination characteristics, as well as the relevant concepts of traditional Chinese culture. Then, it explores the dissemination form of traditional Chinese culture from the perspective of the Metaverse from four dimensions: media form, dissemination subject, dissemination method, and dissemination environment. Next, it examines its specific applications in education. Finally, it proposes the challenges and future development suggestions for the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture through educational channels from the perspective of the Metaverse, to provide reference and inspiration for the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture in the teaching process from the perspective of the Metaverse, and to promote the dissemination and development of traditional Chinese culture on a global scale.
